Once your order is placed, Oueneifs start preparing the order within 6 hours. Once shipped, Our store will send you a tracking number after 1 to 3 business days. There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following shipping times:

Any Packages returned due to customs fees not paid will be refunded minus the shipping cost only once we receive the items back.
